How to Read a VW Part Number:
The first set of numbers of a Volkswagen Part Number identify the Model of VW the part fits.
The second set of numbers is for the Group Number or area of vehicle.
The last three digits are the actual part number identifier. All VW part numbers are organized from the middle group first, then to the last three digits and then finally to the vehicle identifier group.

113 indicates a part fitting a Beetle, Ghia or Thing.
