Our new Eurosport Ceramic Coated VW Muffler tucks away behind your rear apron just like the stock muffler for a sleek look. Larger diameter tips exit through stock exhaust openings in your Air-Cooled VW’s rear apron, eliminating the need to weld and fill. The glasspack muffler design provides a slightly deeper performance exhaust note, while greatly reducing back pressure and allowing for maximum engine performance. This particular muffler is ceramic coated, providing the benefits of rust protection, reduced underhood temperature and increased exhaust gas temperature for increased velocity.

TECH TIP: For maximum horsepower increase, change stock .117 Main Carburetor Jet to .125 High Performance Jet. Greatly increased exhaust flow with this system will increase your engine’s efficiency by allowing it to intake and exhaust more air requiring enriched fuel mixture for optimum power and acceleration.
