Eric Calhoun joins Mid America Motorworks as CFO
Effingham, Ill. – Mid America Motorworks, marketer and manufacturer of Corvette and Air-Cooled Volkswagen parts and accessories, announced the addition of Eric Calhoun as their Chief Financial Officer.
Eric has almost three decades of progressive industry accounting experience. Immediately prior to joining Mid America Motorworks, he was the Controller at M & M Pump & Supply, Inc., a Flora, Ill., based company that supplies parts and services into the oil and gas industry throughout the Illinois Basin. Eric’s career includes companies with revenues from $20 million to $300+ million divisions of multi-million dollar corporations, ranging from mid-sized manufacturers, to coal mining companies, as he held previous titles within those companies of CFO, Controller and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Eric is a registered Certified Public Accountant, and holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Juris Doctor (Law) degree from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale, Ill.
Later in 2010, Eric and his wife Kathy, plan on relocating to Effingham, from Olney, Ill.
